Kimberly began dancing in March 2018 when she went to her first dance fitness class with a friend. Within a few months, she was hooked on dance, participating in group classes, private lessons, showcases and even her first competition! 

Now, sharing her love for people, dance, and life, Kimberly is excited to be “Bringing Health, Wellness and Ballroom Dancing” to Springfield!

She loves working with, and teaching, other dancers, regardless of experience! As someone who did not begin her own dance journey until she was in her 30s, she has a special spot in her heart for beginners wanting to take that first step into a new life experience!

She began instructor training for ballroom dance in 2019 as an assistant to a local studio Teen Ballroom Team. She continued training as assistant and then lead instructor in group ballroom classes, fitness classes, and more. She continues her own personal training and growth working closely with other instructors and national champion coaches. She has received her dance instructor certification through Dance Vision. 

In addition to dance, she is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Fitness Professionals & Associates and is Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
